14-day money-back guarantee
If Memohopper isn't for you, we'll refund your first subscription payment in full when you ask within 14 days of the purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of any paid plan (monthly or annual).
Renewals
Forgot to cancel? Contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund that renewal, provided the period's usage is consistent with not having intended to renew. Refunds beyond that window are handled case by case.
How to request a refund
Email support@memohopper.com from your account email with the receipt or order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method — they typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling (without a refund request)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's billing settings or via the link in any Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your content is never deleted by a downgrade — anything over free-plan limits simply becomes read-only until you upgrade again or trim it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including consumer withdrawal rights in the EU/UK. Where you consent at checkout to immediate access to a digital service, statutory withdrawal may be limited by law — our 14-day guarantee applies regardless.
